Unfortunately,
Catholic Housing Services does not provide residential parking. At Kateri Court there are several fee spaces,
however, the waiting list is very slow-moving.
There is on street/metered parking from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday outside of all three buildings. In addition, there are several lots that the City of Bellingham operates. Please contact them regarding what services they offer.

Ř Go to City Hall on Lottie St. by Public Library
Ř Enter building and go down hall to the left
Ř Go to the “Permit and Parking Services” office
Ř Ask for “Parking Services” at the counter
Ř They will assist you (you will need to fill out a brief application)
Free On-Street Parking: There are a few areas right outside of the downtown area where there is on-street non-metered parking. Most areas are east of State St. and some parts of Forest St., south of Chestnut St.
However, technically you are required to move your vehicle every 24 hours.
**Be aware that some parking areas may have “Tow Zones” for late night/early morning street cleaning or Saturday Market and other event parking!!
