Here you will find all the information you will need when considering moving into the Washington Grocery Building, the Mount Baker Apartments, or Kateri Court.  Most (but not all) units  in the Mount Baker Apartments and all of the units in the Washington Grocery Building and Kateri Court are reserved for low-income tenants and are unavailable to full time students. There are a limited number of units in the Mount Baker Apartments open to full time students and perspective tenants who do not meet the income qualifications. Please explore the links to the left.
